- Keep making daily lists. Stick to them.
- Limit time on the computer for work only and weekends.
- Utilize that notebook you tote around on the daily.
- Read more fiction.
- Read more non-fiction.
- Challenge yourself in everything you do…especially the gym (helps focus).
- Go minimalist…it’s almost…
